32% Alicante Bouschet, 26% Aragones, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Touriga Nacional, 9% Syrah, 6% Petit Verdot

Winemaking:
Hand harvested from yield reduced vineyards. Grapes are hand sorted on conveyor belts. Fermented in steel tanks. Matured for 24 months in 25% new and 75% used french oak barrels. No fining, unfiltered.
Tasting Notes:
A cristall clear and intense bouquet with notes of black elderberry, blood oranges, roasted oak, cocoa. It is full bodied with a big backbone of solid but soft tannins, a load of juicy fruit extract, creamy mouthfeel, a fantastic long trace of fruit.
Service and Pairing:
Drink with 13 – 15°C, goes well with meat dishes, risottos, grilled tuna or alone.
Drink from 2022 on to 2035. Store below 15°C.
