34% Roupeiro, 27% Antão Vaz, 20% Chardonnay, 19% Arinto

Alcohol:

13.0% vol.

Winemaking:

Hand harvested and gently pressed, fermented and matured for 11 months in French oak barrels (30% new) with frequent batonage.

Tasting notes:

Bright yellow-gold, intense bouquet of lemons, white flowers, mint, fresh bred, vanilla.
Sumptuous, creamy, soft, balanced by a refreshing acidity, beautiful and long-lasting fruit, a nice touch of smoke and toast, a fine mineral taste at the end. A well-structured and classic white wine for special occasions.

Service and Pairing:

Drink with 7 – 9°C, goes well with vegetarian dishes, seafood, terrines, or alone. Drink from 2022 on to 2028. Store below 15°C.
